50대 중후반 내측 구획 퇴행성관절염 환자에서 근위 경골 절골술 시행 시 줄기세포를 사용한 군과 사용하지 않은 군을 비교평가
< 연구 결과 >
절골술만 시행한 환자 군에서 연골생성이 약 10%정도인 반면, 줄기세포치료를 함께 시행한 그룹에서는 연골생성이 50%로 월등히 나은 결과를 보였으며,
임상 증상의 측면에서도 수술 후 통증 감소 및 기능 향상에 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
